Instructions
- Prepare zucchini noodles: Spiralize the zucchinis using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler to create noodle-like strands.
- Sauté garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles: Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the noodles are just tender but still have some crunch.
- Mix in pesto: Remove the skillet from heat, and stir in the pesto until the zucchini noodles are well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
