Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Spiralize the zucchinis and set them aside.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Zucchini: Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and toss gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still al dente.
  4. Add the Sauce: Pour in the marinara sauce and sprinkle with dried oregano. Stir to combine and heat through, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
