Turkey and Swiss Panini
A warm and melty sandwich made with turkey, Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard, grilled to golden perfection. A quick and satisfying lunch option.

- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of two slices of bread.
- Layer two slices of turkey and one slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich.
- Heat a skillet or panini press over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown and the cheese is melted).
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Substitutions:
- Use whole-grain bread for a healthier option.
- Replace Swiss cheese with cheddar or provolone for a different flavor.
- Storage: Best served fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Reheat in a skillet for crispness.
