- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Cook Pasta: Add the pasta, vegetable broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened (about 10-12 minutes).
