- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Filling: In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach over medium heat until wilted. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sautéed spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the Shells: Fill each pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the ricotta and spinach mixture.
- Assemble the Dish: Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top, then pour the remaining marinara sauce over them. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
