  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add Spinach and Artichokes: Fold in the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly on the edges.
