Tender shrimp cooked in a buttery garlic sauce, tossed with linguine and fresh parsley for a quick and elegant dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

 

  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  • Sauté shrimp in butter until pink. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic, wine, and lemon juice to the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.

 

  • Toss linguine with sauce and shrimp. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use chicken broth instead of wine if preferred.

 

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
