
Shrimp Scampi with Linguine

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Sauté shrimp in butter until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, wine, and lemon juice to the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss linguine with sauce and shrimp. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use chicken broth instead of wine if preferred.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
