- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté onion in olive oil, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, broth, and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.
