Toasted ciabatta with pesto, melted mozzarella, and a fried egg.

  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 1 slice mozzarella
  • 1 fried egg

 

  • Handful arugula

Instructions

  • Toast ciabatta. Spread pesto on both halves.
  • Layer mozzarella, egg, and arugula.

 

  • Grill for 1-2 mins to melt cheese.

Add tomato slices for freshness.
