  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into even-sized fries to ensure even cooking.
  2. Season the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt until they are evenly coated.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden.
