- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnishing

Instructions
- Hard Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes. After cooking, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
- Prepare the Filling: Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or crispy bacon bits if desired.
- Serve: Arrange the deviled eggs on a platter and enjoy as a keto-friendly appetizer or snack.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in some chopped pickles or jalapeños.
