  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the florets are well coated.
