Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the Broccoli: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet still crisp. Remove and set aside.
