Ingredients
● 1 1/2 cups almond flour
● 1/2 tsp baking soda
● Pinch of salt
● 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) or unsalted butter (softened)
● 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
● 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
● 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips.
5. Scoop dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet, flattening slightly with your hand or a spoon.
6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
7. Let cool before serving.
