  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Okra: Rinse and slice the okra into 1/2 inch pieces and set aside.
