- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Tofu: Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, whisk together the Gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Coat the Tofu: Gently toss the cubed tofu in the Gochujang glaze until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Tofu: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the glazed tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the tofu from the air fryer and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot as a main dish or over rice or noodles.
