- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Sauté pancetta in a skillet until crispy. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk eggs and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Toss hot spaghetti with pancetta and egg mixture, adding pasta water as needed. Serve immediately.
