An overnight casserole with cinnamon swirl bread and cream cheese glaze.

Ingredients

  • 6 cinnamon rolls, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Arrange cinnamon roll cubes in a greased baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon; pour over bread.
  • Chill overnight. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 mins.

 

  • Drizzle with maple syrup.

Add pecans for crunch.
