Crispy breaded chicken cutlets topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella, served over a bed of spaghetti for a classic Italian-American dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz spaghetti

 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Coat chicken in egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then transfer to a baking dish.
  • Top with marinara and mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes.

 

  • Cook spaghetti and serve with chicken.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.

 

  • Add fresh basil for garnish.
