- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat chicken in egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with marinara and mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti and serve with chicken.
