A quick and satisfying wrap filled with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for a portable lunch or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

 

  • Slice each wrap diagonally for easy serving. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

    • Use grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
