
Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Jasmine Rice

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Instructions
- Toss beef with cornstarch and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Sear beef for 2-3 minutes, then remove.
- Add garlic and broccoli to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Add to the skillet.
- Return beef to the skillet and toss to coat. Serve over jasmine rice.

- Add carrots or snap peas for extra veggies.
