This elegant yet simple baked salmon is paired with roasted asparagus and a zesty lemon herb butter for a healthy, flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.

 

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is flaky. Serve immediately.
