A luxurious yet simple toast topped with creamy avocado, silky smoked salmon, and a hint of lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread (or gluten-free)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

 

  • Fresh dill and capers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread cream cheese on each slice, then top with mashed avocado.
  3. Layer smoked salmon over the avocado.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with bagel seasoning, and garnish with dill and capers.

Notes

  • Substitute smoked salmon with crispy tofu for a vegan version.
