- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off. Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Spray the coated cauliflower bites with cooking spray or drizzle with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Toss in Sauce: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Final Bake: Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese, and celery sticks.
