Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with spinach, feta, and mozzarella.
- Top with another tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
