- 4 slices ham
- 2 slices cheddar or Gruyère cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer two slices of ham and one slice of cheese on each croissant.
- Close the croissants and toast in a skillet or oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
